Professora Adjunta do Ipluso - Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia. Desde 2022 é Directora da Licenciatura em Ilustração e Desenho do Ipluso.
É Professora Auxiliar Convidada da Unidade Curricular de Tapeçaria na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa e Tem desenvolvido um trabalho de investigação sobre o desenho e práticas artísticas têxteis. Em 2017 foi curadora da exposição "O Ponto e o Pixel" que integrou a coleção dos CTTs na exposição permanente Museu da Tapeçaria de Portalegre - Guy Fino e em 2021 foi co-organizadora do encontro "Ponto - Textile Art in Perspective", em Arraiolos. Num trabalho que se apresenta através do desenho, escultura e instalação assume o têxtil como materialidade discursiva. Expõe regularmente desde 2003, integrou as seleções Jovens Criadores 2003, os prémios Anteciparte 2005, o prémio Jovens Artistas Alentejo 2006 (uma iniciativa da Direcção Regional da Cultura do Alentejo) e a bienal Contextile 2016. Entre as suas exposições destaca "WAH! (We are Here)" no Centro de Arte e Cultura - Fundação Eugénio de Almeida em Évora e "Fazer Sentido" na Casa da Cerca - Centro de Arte Contemporânea de Almada. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ (EN) Évora, 1980. She is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Tapestry at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon and Visiting Assistant Professor of Drawing at Ipluso - Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia. Since 2022 she has been Director of the Illustration and Drawing Degree programme at Ipluso - Polytechnic Institute of Lusophony. She has carried out research into drawing and artistic textile practices. In 2017 she curated the exhibition "O Ponto e Pixel", which was part of the CTT collection in the permanent exhibition "Museu da Tapeçaria de Portalegre - Guy Fino", and in 2021 she co-organised the meeting "Ponto - Textile Art in Perspective", in Arraiolos. In her work, which is presented through drawing, sculpture and installation, she takes textiles as a discursive materiality.
