- The coherence of the syllabus contents below with the objectives of the curricular unit will translate into the capacity that students will acquire in order to enable the appropriate selection and the correct application of the most appropriate legal criteria for the solution of specific cases, which practice of law may arise in the labor market. In other words, the consistency in question will translate into the preparation for the application of knowledge to legal praxis, endowing students with a solid capacity with a high degree of critical capacity and being able to carry out scientific research on this topic.
