- Theoretical and practical classes, based on exposure of concepts, definitions and the theoretical framework as well as presentations of the students in order to stimulate critical exchange on prepared topics. Mentoring and self-monitoring. Based learning on the Internet (E-Based Learning), through Moodle. Use of the support structures all over all the unit (Informatics Lab., Psychological Assement and Experimental Psychology Labs. The assessment in this course consists of the preparation, presentation and discussion of scientific research (100%).

- Identify the stages of the research process in the search and formulation of research questions in the areas of Work Psychology and Occupational Health, from the choice of the theme, selection of a theoretical model and formulation of objectives and hypotheses accordingly, operationalization variables, data collection and archiving, until the analysis and writing of the proposed research.

- The Research unit aims to provide methodological support for the construction, development and implementation of research projects for the realization of the Dissertation in the 2nd Cycle. Throughout the year, students conduct their research with guidance, going through all the stages from building a research project, to collecting and analyzing data and interpreting results.
