- The general objectives will be: cognitive, linguistic and socio-cultural. They will be oriented in the oral practice as in writing to the needs of the future professional activity of the students. Students will be able to: develop reading comprehension, develop listening comprehension, practice written expression, practice oral use. The student is able to understand the main issues when using clear and standardized language and familiar subjects (topics covered at work, at school and in leisure time, etc.). He is able to deal with most situations found in the region where the target language is spoken

- Acquisition, development and consolidation of knowledge about the culture and language of the country of the tourists in an intercultural context. Skills to be acquired by the end of the semester in an oral and written context: grammatical skills, communicative skills, specific tourism skills.
- The student should be capable to use the Spanish language in several communicative contexts on subjects that are him/her family, of personal interest and/or professional as mediation instrument, information and contact with customers and institutions can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions, as well as to expose reasons and justifications shortly for an opinion or a projecto. The student should use, in an appropriate way, the inherent lexical contents to the thematic areas of the program

- Cooperative learning is based on teamwork and the achievement of common goals, which can only be achieved if each member fulfills his or her task.
