- At the end, Students must have the following knowledge: What is the role of systems in information in the organization's strategy. How systems should be integrated into the organizational structure. What should be the role of governance in information systems. How to structure processes / projects in a global economy. Fundamental issues in the strategic use of information systems. As fundamental skills, the student must be able to: Define how information systems should be integrated into the organization's strategy. Establish how these should be structured within the organization. How to define a global information management process.
- Mandatory
- The teaching methodology includes the expository method (TME1) to present the necessary contents, the demonstrative (TME2) to illustrate its application to practical cases and the active (TME3) for solving exercises in the classroom, with and without recourse to the computer. The assessment of knowledge is made by continuous assessment or written test of the final exam. The continuous assessment includes two written tests with a weight of 22.5% each and a group work (45%). Attendance and active participation in classes will be an additional element of assessment with a weighting of 10%. Throughout the semester, Quizzes are made available after classes (about the given topic) or with a group of questions related to topics in the given subject as a way for students to assess their knowledge of the subjects already taught.
