    Avaliação contínua comporta: 2 testes durante o decorrer do período letivo com um peso de 40% (20% cada um), trabalhos que correspondem a 30% e um mini projeto com um peso de 30%. A nota mínima em todos os elementos de avaliação é de 8 valores. 

    A média da nota final em avaliação contínua deve ser superior a 10 valores, caso isto não se suceda os alunos deverão ir a época de recurso (100% da nota final) na qual deverão ter 10 valores de nota mínima para poderem obter aprovação à UC.

  • Provide solid training in the areas of data communication, LAN, WAN, and Wireless. Architectures, Topologies, and Communication Protocols. Design and structured network design. Competences: Know the main network models; Knowledge the potential of data media for the performance of organizations; Identify the various types of networks; Planning projects of data communication networks; Identify protocols and network architectures; Create local and long-distance data networks; Identify and apply the various network devices; Know in detail the IP address (Internet Protocol v4 and v6) as well as the mechanics of dividing IP addresses into subnets; Configuration of routers and switches; Analyze the quality of data communication networks.

  • Innovative methodologies at the UC include active learning through problem-solving and case studies, collaboration on group projects, use of interactive digital resources, regular formative assessments, and practical application of knowledge in real-world projects.
