Understand the fundamentals of generative AI, select the most appropriate tools for each context, and apply principles of ethics, privacy, and compliance, including the GDPR and the AI Act. Prompt engineering and productivity enhancement. Master advanced techniques for communicating with AI systems to create documents, presentations, reports, and content, and to support decision-making by integrating AI into day-to-day activities. Process automation and creation of AI agents. Identify opportunities for improvement and build automated workflows using no-code/low-code platforms and intelligent agents capable of performing repetitive tasks and increasing efficiency. Data analysis and decision support. Use AI to analyze information, create automated dashboards and reports, interpret metrics, and transform data into useful insights for management and decision-making.
