  • Adapt management tools to the new reality and challenges of sustainability; Learn how to collect, analyze and interpret ESG-related data to assess the performance of companies and organizations in relation to these criteria; Explore the ethical and moral aspects of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, as well as the legal and regulatory implications; Learn how to communicate ESG information transparently and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers and regulators; Develop leadership skills to drive change and the adoption of ESG practices in organizations and sectors.
  • This postgraduate course aims to provide participants with tools and instruments based on management methodologies to take on leadership roles in organizations focused on sustainability from a triple bottom line perspective (economic, social and environmental sustainability). Sustainability and sustainable development goals are at the heart of national and international agendas, and are an unavoidable challenge for both public and private agents. Through this study plan, participants will acquire skills, instruments and tools for managing organizations in this context where sustainability, in its different aspects, is a priority and an unavoidable reality.
