  • To strengthen interpersonal, communication, leadership and teamwork skills; To promote advanced practical training for research in the field of social and organisational psychology; To provide students with theoretical and practical skills that will enable them to study, diagnose and intervene in organisational contexts in order to better manage people in a national and international context; To provide well-being, resolve conflicts, develop self-perception, social perception, emotional self-regulation, and understand the formation of relationships, as well as developing an understanding of human behaviour, ageing at work, among others.
  • The Postgraduate Diploma in Social and Organisational Psychology aims to provide scientific and technical training in this specific area of psychology and to offer training in techniques for analysing and intervening in human behaviour in social and organisational contexts. This advanced training seeks to address current issues in organisational behaviour and its impact on the individual, the organisation and the environment.
