                          • Jorge Duque é atualmente professor adjunto no ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia em V. N. de Gaia e na Universidade Lusófona no Porto. Nascido em Portugal, frequentou o ISLA – Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia em V. N. de Gaia, obtendo o grau de Licenciatura em Gestão de Sistemas de Informação e Multimédia (2007). Frequentou a UTAD - Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, obtendo os graus de Graduação em Mestrado (2009) em Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação e Doutorado (2018) em Informática. É coordenador das Licenciaturas em Inteligência Artificial e Informática para Comércio Eletrónico, da Pós-Graduação Analytics e Data Science Empresarial, do CTeSP de Desenvolvimento de Aplicações de Inteligência Artificial e da linha de investigação do Centro de Investigação do ISLA de V. N. de Gaia. As suas principais áreas de pesquisa e investigação são em Gestão de Projetos de Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Sistemas de Informação e Data Science and Analytics for Decision Support. Trabalhou como analista de sistemas e desenvolvedor de software, para empresas privadas e instituições públicas. Tem publicações em livros editados e conferências internacionais. Participa com regularidade em júris de avaliação de mestrados e títulos de especialistas, e em diversas conferências como a AMCIS, com indexação em ISI, Scopus, EI, INSPEC, ResearchGate e Google Scholar. Organizou o Workshop Data Science and Analytics for Decision Support no âmbito da conferência internacional iSCSi – International Conference on Industry Science and Computer Sciences Innovation 2022 edition. Na Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), concluiu o Pós-Doutoramento com o tema "Data Science com Machine Learning para o desenvolvimento de ferramentas de suporte inteligente em organizações".
