Regime de Avaliação contínua a nota final resulta da média ponderada dos seguintes componentes: Um teste escrito (componente A), contribui com 45% para a classificação final, trabalho e apresentação do trabalho 30% (componente B) e resolução de exercícios de aplicação e questões práticas 25% (componente C). . A classificação mínima de cada momento de avaliação é de 8 valores . CF= A (45%) + B (30%) + C (25%). A classificação de todos os instrumentos de avaliação é expressa numa escala de 0 a 20 valores, sendo que o valor ponderado das classificações obtidas tem de ser igual ou superior a 9,5 valores

- The main objective of the Intervention in Primary Health Care UC is to raise awareness among future professionals about the importance of CSP in health promotion, as well as in the prevention, care, control and recovery of illnesses. The contents are oriented towards practical issues of primary health care and community intervention that will allow an analysis of the particular reality of this health sector
