- Classes are taught in a theoretical-practical way so that the student learns the subjects more objectively and in substance. Constant dialogue and interaction are promoted. Assessment will be based on two written tests, with a weighting of 50 per cent for the resolution of practical cases and other oral elements.

- Provide students with a general understanding of law within the framework of the regulation of social life. Provide students with the conceptual knowledge essential for the study of law and its further development.
- 1- Introductory notions, social system and law, concept of law, law and State 2 - Branches of Law 3 - Coding 4- The legal norm, notion, structure, characteristics, classification 5 - Sources of law: law, custom, usage. Equity, jurisprudence, doctrine and fundamental principles of law 6 - The theories of law: jusnaturalism and positivism 7 - Publication of the law and the vicissitudes of the laws validity 8 - Application of the law over time 9 - Interpretation and integration of sources of law and particulary of law
