Regras da Avaliação Contínua
A unidade curricular é avaliada segundo duas componentes:
- Componente teórica - 50%
- Componente prática - 50%
Regras Específicas em cada Módulo:
Regra 1: No final do semestre, considera-se aprovado nesta UC o estudante que obtiver, no mínimo, 9,5 valores em cada componente (9,5 valores na componente teórica e 9,5 valores na componente prática).
Regra 2: Dentro de cada componente (teórica ou prática), considera-se aprovado o estudante que obtiver, no mínimo 7,5 valores, em todos os elementos de avaliação, desde que cumpra a regra anterior (regra 1). Deste modo, nenhum elemento de avaliação poderá ter uma classificação inferior a 7,5 valores.
Regra 3: Componente Teórica - Ponderação de 50%
A componente teórica engloba:
- Dois testes escritos - Ponderação de 25% cada teste
Regra 4: Componente Prática - Ponderação de 50%
A componente prática engloba:
- Apresentação escrita e oral de um resumo de um artigo científico - Ponderação de 20% (trabalho em grupos de 2-3 alunos).
- Apresentação escrita e oral de um trabalho teórico-prático - Ponderação de 30% (trabalho em grupos de 2-3 alunos).

- Exercise Physiology is an area of Physiology dedicated to the study of the functions of the human body, namely the study of how the human body adapts when subjected to the stimulus represented by physical exercise. To this extent, this curricular unit focuses on specific acute and chronic adaptations resulting from the practice of physical exercise, according to the variables that may characterize it. Accordingly, this curriculum unit is truly pertinent and, therefore, preceding other curriculum units such as the theory and methodology of training.
