  • The program designed for this curricular unit aims to achieve the following learning objectives: LO1 - Professional knowledge: understand, define, and assess Human Resource Management (HRM) principles and procedures from a dynamic perspective. LO2 - Planning: define objectives, determine appropriate actions, and allocate the necessary resources and timelines. LO3 - Organization and direction: the ability to promote and coordinate actions and/or the execution of complex tasks in time and space, according to the available resources and pre-defined objectives. LO4 - Evaluation: monitor and assess the performance of HRM.

  • Avaliação: Trabalho de grupo (75%) - trabalho escrito (35%) + apresentação / defesa / avaliação oral (40%) - sendo que a ausência a um elemento de avaliação implica a sua classificação nula; Participação ativa e relevante na dinâmica das aulas (25%).

    O trabalho de grupo tem como objetivo promover a investigação, reflexão crítica e aplicação prática de temas da GRH. Analisar criticamente e integrar diferentes áreas da GRH, apresentando propostas de solução baseadas na literatura.
