The curricular unit Integration and Socialization of Employees is part of the general plan of the Higher Professional Technical Course of Human Resources Administrative Management and aims to provide the necessary skills to understand the fundamental principles that guide the integration of new employees in the organizations.
Semestral

- Strategic management process; - Mission and objectives; - External environment; - Internal environment; - Onboarding; - Employee onboarding guide; - Organizational socialization.
Students should understand the importance of socialization and acceptance in companies, in the competitive and global market in which we currently live.
Mandatory
Priority is given to the use of the expository method and active methodologies in situations in which it is intended to involve students, through their participation, in the themes addressed. Curriculum evaluation will be carried out through a written test and a practical work with oral presentation, in accordance with the timetable and syllabus of the CU.
