- Classes are theoretical-practical. The syllabus contents are addressed, being also dedicated to the guidance of individual work for knowledge assessment. The assessment instruments were designed to give continuity to the know-how promoted, consisting of the elaboration of a research project with presentation and discussion in the classroom. The following methods are used: ME1: Theoretical classes, using the expository and demonstrative method. ME2: Practical classes, based on problem solving, critical and reflective analysis of scientific articles and questions and practical classes on specific problems in the field of research in Work and Occupational Health Psychology. ME3: Tutoring. ME4: Web-based learning through Moodle

- LG1. Provide information on the fundamentals and basic characteristics of research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health, analysis and criticism methodology of the scientific literature in the fields in question. LG2. Provide students with additional skills in quantitatively oriented research, contributing to the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for the development, with rigor and autonomy, of scientific research projects. LG3. Promote the development of skills in students that allow them to autonomously plan the collection and analysis of data in research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health. LG4. Favor the acquisition of knowledge about the steps in the preparation of research projects, as well as the ability to critically reflect on specific issues and problems in the field of research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health through the critical interpretation of scientific articles in specialized journals.

O estudante deverá obter a classificação final mínima de 10 valores para ser aprovado em avaliação contínua.
A presença nas aulas teórico-práticas obrigatória, sendo o número máximo de faltas correspondente a 30% do total de aulas. Caso o aluno exceda o limite de faltas e não tenha qualquer estatuto que preveja a não obrigatoriedade de presença, será reprovado em avaliação contínua.

Em regime de avaliação contínua, de forma a manter a correspondência com os objetivos de aprendizagem em avaliação contínua e a igualdade de tratamento entre alunos, será requerida uma avaliação complementar aos alunos com regime ou estatuto que preveja a não obrigatoriedade de assistência às aulas e que tenham mais de 30% de faltas às aulas teórico-práticas e laboratoriais. Esta avaliação complementar consistirá na entrega de exercícios práticos sobre os conteúdos das aulas em que o aluno esteve ausente, com prazo de entrega definido pela docente.

- LO1. Provide students with knowledge that will lead them, through a learning process based on practical cases, to apply multivariate statistical procedures, most of which are based on the classical linear model, commonly used in Work Psychology and Occupational Health. LO2. It is also intended, through a more application-oriented approach, that students analytically apply the procedures with the support of statistical software. LO3. Provide skills for selecting the appropriate statistical procedures for the cases presented, as well as their interpretation and substantive and graphical description of the results according to current APA standards.

1) Trabalho de grupo (45%): Realização de um trabalho empírico em grupo, formatado de acordo com as normas da APA para artigo científico, que inclua a operacionalização de um projeto de investigação básica Psicologia do Trabalho e Saúde Ocupacional, com análise de dados, e representação gráfica, em quadros e escrita dos resultados obtidos.
