- Classes will be in person, with demonstrations by the teacher of all steps: installation, configuration of Linux servers; installation and configuration of services; operation and error detection of services. During this demonstration, the theory inherent to the subject being taught will be addressed. The demonstration of the different steps, which involve installation, configuration, operation, detection and correction of errors, will be carried out for periods of 15/20 minutes, by the teacher. With recording of these contents. These videos will be made available to students during class on a digital platform, as well as the files resulting from the tasks developed. During the same class, the student is asked to develop what was demonstrated. There is room for the student to develop the tasks presented during the class, in a later period and be sent back as an assignment. In this way, learning will be progressive and based on knowledge acquired throughout the course.

- Provide students with knowledge of the functioning of various operating systems, their structure, management, maintenance and configuration mechanisms. Allow students to have contact with an operating system other than WindowsTM. Provide basic knowledge of maintaining UnixTM-like systems in the absence of graphical environments. Take students to configure and manage network management services, computer systems, users, installed on Linux systems. Encourage students to acquire their own independence in terms of problem-solving learning, indicating objectives to be achieved, without presenting a final solution, indicating generic information presented in the course as a basis, and teaching them to search the Internet for information that allows them to solve these more specific problems

- In theoretical classes, the expository and interactive method of presenting concepts and demonstrating their developments is used. The theoretical exposition is accompanied by solving practical examples of direct application of the subject, encouraging the participation of students. The simulation environment of electrical circuits is demonstrated, using Zelio Soft or equivalent to solve some typical circuits. Resolution of application problems and presentation of examples to consolidate the exposed contents. Practical classes with assembly of laboratory work and resolution by simulation using a computational tool.

- At the general objective level, it is intended to familiarize students with the fundamental concepts of Linear Algebra and with abstract reasoning in general. In specific terms, after addressing the syllabus, tasks and exercises are proposed to apply the concepts explored with the consequent diversity of contexts in which they can be applied in the field of engineering in general. In particular, mastering the main techniques of matrix calculus, calculus of determinants and applications, calculus of vectors and eigenvalues and vector calculus that can be used to solve different problems in the horizon of technologies and engineering and, in particular, of computer engineering.

- In an Engineering study cycle, curricular units in the scientific area of ¿¿Mathematics play an important role. They are essential for students to acquire solid basic knowledge needed in other curricular units ofthe study cycle that require mathematical knowledge or new skills and competences acquired through gradual and persistent work in curricular units in this area. The curricular unit of Linear Algebra assumes a fundamental and relevant role in the beginning of students' mathematical training. Mathematical contents are essential in the training of qualified staff, either in the understanding and consolidation of the different concepts, or in the specific knowledge of their applicability and in the development of new skills and competences acquired with the work in the curricular unit. Much of the content explored in some topics of the mentioned syllabus has a wide application in other areas of the study cycle.
