- To understand the processes basic and general pathophysiology, integrating and interrelationship-them. Acquired scientific knowledge, with nomenclature correctly and appropriate. Understand the theoretical sequence of the etiology, pathogenesis and clinic, as well as the inverse practice from clinical cases to the etiology. Develop critical thinking skills, apply the interpretation of pathophysiological mechanisms, using the method of learning by problems and the construction and analysis of conceptual maps. To know the concepts of natural history of the disease and differential diagnosis. To integrate and apply the knowledge of the pathophysiology in other curricular units such as clinical and laboratory semiotics and supplementary diagnostic tests.

This area of biomedical science allows: Identify the etiology of the disease and explain how it develops. Identify the mechanisms responsible for the onset, progression and recovery of the disease. Identify the mechanisms responsible for the development of symptoms and signs of the disease. By understanding the causes and mechanisms of the disease, it will be possible to influence the course of disease evolution rationally.

In practical classes, the student has prior access to the activities that will be carried out in each class session, which allows for prior reading and preparation. Class session plans are accompanied by a set of questions, to ensure individual preparation, and later discussion of procedures and results.

- - Approach the physiological principles of treatment, familiarizing students with the diagnosis in osteopathy and the osteopathic techniques. - Understand the variables that characterize each of the myofascial techniques. - Distinguish different myofascial techniques, their indications and contraindications. - Identifying the basic mechanisms used in myofascial techniques. - Identify, interpret, describe and treating disorders arising from perversion of the relationship between structure and function of the human body. - Being able to select and apply the most appropriate myofascial technique the resolution and / or depletion of the dysfunction located in the lower limbs and pelvis. - To recognize the effectiveness of myofascial techniques in intervention in neuromusculoskeletal disorders.

- Myofascial techniques I are varied techniques that apply with certain pressure in various parts of the body, with the function of helping in the treatment of dysfunctions, relaxation and stretching in order to release the skeletal musculoskeletal system. This UC is intended for the continuation of teaching both theoretically and/or practically of manual techniques for the intervention of myofascial therapy, in clinical context, while allowing to deepen knowledge for different manual techniques, in order to make their intervention more effective and adapted to the various circumstances and situations.

- The curricular unit includes the apprehension of practical knowledge that allows students to understand the symbiotic interconnection between tourism and mobility, as well as to learn how to use the mobility patterns of the various demand segments for the benefit of tourism enterprises and destinations. The expository and interrogative lessons (points 1 and 2 of the course contents) will focus on understanding key concepts and mobility trends affecting the tourism sector. The demonstrative and application classes (points 3 to 5) will include the execution of assignments aimed at using information and forecasts about the mobility of source markets in the definition of tourism development strategies. Continuous assessment will include the following elements: - Written assessment test: 30%. - Group assignment, carried out and delivered in several stages throughout the semester: 30%. - Individual work done in class: 25%; - Participation and attendance: 15%.

- Tourism is an activity based on the travelling of people. As such, sustainable mobility is fundamental to the quality and development of tourism. In terms of product structuring, this is an essential aspect, but also in terms of entertainment, and it can be the basis for several tourist entertainment companies.
