  • In order to achieve the main objectives of the Internship, the master's student must, in organizational contexts: a) Make contact with institutions, services and psychologists linked to the area of ¿¿Work and/or Occupational Health; b) Be confronted with the problems for diagnosis, assessment and psychological intervention in these contexts; c) Acquire and develop knowledge/research skills in psychology; d) Acquire and develop knowledge/skills with a view to personal training and professional practice; e) Develop habits of scientific analysis of everyday problems and cases in the supervised practice of their activity; f) Collaborate in ongoing programs at the institution or service and/or in the community, seeking effective solutions for this purpose. g) Carry out an internship report containing the activities carried out
  • The specific contents of the internship depend on the chosen context and the institution where it will take place. The transversal content of this curricular unit comprises: Organizations: observation, analysis and case studies. The role of the Psychologist in organizational and occupational health contexts: functions, interdisciplinary work and limits. Psychological Assessment in organizational and occupational health contexts: objectives, recipients, contexts, procedures. Communication of information in organizational contexts: objectives and procedures. Development and implementation of evidence-based promotion/prevention/intervention programs: objectives, theoretical models, intervention rationale, structuring, procedures. Assessment of its efficiency/effectiveness. Analysis of ethical issues. Presentation and discussion of practical cases.
