  • In this curricular unit, the Team-based learning (TBL) methodology is used, with tasks carried out in small groups, allowing the development of the ability to analyze and apply theoretical concepts.

  • Technically Provide the students with scientific knowledge on drug therapy administered in the hospital and community pharmacy. - Identifying and characterizing drug according to the drug pharmacotherapeutic classification in force; - Identify pharmacological actions, adverse reactions, interactions, precautions and dosing regimens of drugs under study; - Interpret therapeutic prescriptions.

    A classificação final (CF) da unidade curricular por avaliação contínua é obtida a partir das classificações obtidas na componente escrita (T) e na componente prática (PL). A componente Teórica consta de duas frequências escritas e é relativa aos conteúdos teóricos. A classificação mínima em cada frequência é de 8 valores. A componente prática consta de 2 momentos de avaliação práticos realizados durante as aulas laboratoriais, A classificação mínima de cada momento é de 8 valores. A classificação final é calculada a partir da seguinte fórmula: CF = 0,50 T + 0,50 PL. A classificação de todos os instrumentos de avaliação é expressa numa escala de 0 a 20 valores, sendo que o valor ponderado das classificações obtidas tem de ser igual ou superior a 9,5

  • The teaching of Pharmacotherapy involves the development of knowledge that allows the proper use of medicines in different pathological situations.   The student must be able to understand, explain and discuss the use of the most representative drugs in the treatment of various pathologies and also to understand and explain the technical and scientific principles of an effective, correct and rational therapeutic selection.

  • The curricular unit follows a theoretical-practical approach, combining conceptual exposition, critical analysis and practical application of content. Initially, emphasis is placed on the theoretical framework of Social Media Marketing concepts, supported by examples and case studies. As the semester progresses, classes become increasingly practice-oriented, focusing on problem-solving, development of applied projects and the use of digital tools. Active student participation is encouraged through debates, practical exercises and presentations, fostering critical thinking and knowledge consolidation. Assessment integrates both individual and group components, prioritising the strategic application of content and the ability to analyse and make decisions in real or simulated contexts.

  • By the end of the curricular unit, students are expected to be able to: Understand the theoretical foundations and strategic frameworks of Social Media Marketing; Critically analyse a brand's digital presence, identifying strategic problems and improvement opportunities; Define target audiences and personas, aligning them with the brand's communication objectives; Structure a content strategy based on the marketing funnel and clearly defined editorial pillars; Design and plan paid advertising campaigns on social media, aligning objectives, targeting criteria, and performance metrics; Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). By the end of the curricular unit, students should demonstrate the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate integrated Social Media Marketing strategies, articulating both organic and paid approaches in a strategic and results-oriented manner.
