- The Laboratory Techniques in Biochemistry will focus on the relationship between biochemical processes at the cellular level and the physiological processes that occur in the human body. In this sense, the student will have an integrated view of the various metabolic pathways and their regulation, with greater emphasis on clinical correlations, which describe biochemical states in disease states, learning that biochemical parameters must be analyzed and monitored. This unit will have an important practical component where the student will use methodologies and analyze parameters used in a clinical laboratory, in order to develop the critical spirit, and the coherent way of presenting results, which is fundamental in any professional area.

- The objectives are concretized in the syllabus of the different chapters. In addition to resenting the syllabus of the course using diverse resources, we seek to develop the ability to interpret the situations presented, analysis, decision making, calculation methodologies and deductive reasoning. The concepts covered in each chapter through varied strategies provide systematic recourse to real, applied and contextualized circuits and systems. This teaching-learning environment translates into greater motivation and more sustained learning, as it makes it possible to convey the importance of fundamental analogue electronics to the course. Real demonstrations and simulation environments are carried out, as well as practical work to promote student autonomy.

- In newly constructed buildings or those undergoing renovations, the installation of telecommunications infrastructure is mandatory. These facilities are regulated by the ITED Manual, issued by ANACOM. The objective of this course is to equip students with knowledge of the rules that must be followed in the design and installation of ITED. Students must learn to solve the problems that arise during the physical installation of ITED in the topography of various types of buildings, which are generally different and require tailored solutions. Therefore, the practical component of the project is essential. On the other hand, the construction of the ITED is also important in ensuring the project's objectives and directing the various tasks to be performed according to "good practice." Here, the practical component is equally important.
