- The teaching methodology includes the expository method (ME1) to present the necessary contents, the demonstrative (ME2) to illustrate its application to practical cases and the active (ME3) for solving exercises in the classroom, with and without recourse to the computer. Case studies and the analysis of real-world scenarios are used to promote critical reflection on ethical and data security challenges.

- This curricular unit aims to provide students with an understanding of the security practices and mechanisms that protect data. It is necessary to ensure the protection of data, personal or cooperative, in accordance with European regulations in force. To this end, students should be able to: LO1: Understand the basics of computer security. LO2: Provide students with ethical values in the light of data privacy and security and the mechanisms that support it. LO3: Adjust Security mechanisms in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
- S1: Fundamentals of Computer Security S2: The importance of data in the context of Security and Privacy: Understand why data is one of the most valuable sources for companies; Know recent attacks that exposed millions of user accounts; S3: Cryptography: Understand the different cryptographic techniques and know when to use each of the mechanisms S4: Authentication: Types of authentication; Problems and advantages S5: Secure Communication: Secure channels; Communication with anonymity S6: Protection in Databases: Protection mechanisms of relational databases (encryption and authentication) S7: Ethics in Computer Security: Social networks and Cyber surveillance; Private data S8: 2016 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

- By the end of the semester, students should achieve the following outcomes: O1: Understand architecture as a tectonic practice, articulating functional, constructive, infrastructural and environmental dimensions. O2: Apply technical knowledge in defining the building envelope, verifying thermal transmittance coefficients and integrating passive strategies. O3: Develop skills in coordinating constructive and infrastructural systems. O4: Translate architectural decisions into rigorous, technically consistent and feasible constructive solutions.

- Construction 02, offered in the second year of the Architecture programme, belongs to the field of Architectural Technology. It focuses on construction as an integrated technical system, articulating materiality, structure, infrastructure, environmental performance and execution. The course builds upon Construction 01, shifting from the analysis of constructive elements to their integration within a complete architectural object. The main exercise consists of the technical and execution design of a habitable capsule in an extreme climate, addressing the building envelope, passive strategies and infrastructural systems. The course consolidates the tectonic dimension of architecture and promotes rigorous technical application.
