A avaliação em regime curricular é composta pela realização de um exercício de avaliação direcionado para a componente teórica da unidade curricular e por três exercícios práticos desenvolvidos no período de aulas, sendo pelo menos dois deles realizados individualmente. Cada um dos elementos de avaliação tem a seguinte ponderação: exercício teórico 30%, exercícios práticos 70%.
A avaliação em regime final é orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e a componente prática da unidade curricular.

- The objectives of the discipline are: 1 - To make known the bases of the Theory of Law. 2 - Understand the fundamental aspects, such as the legal relationship, the interpretation and application of laws. 3 - Present the aspects of law specific to contractual relationships 4 - Understand the main legal matters, especially the fundamental aspects, such as the legal relationship and contract law. 4 - Provide knowledge within the scope of the formation and development of labor rules, with special emphasis on the scope and notion of labor law, its specific sources and evolution, as well as the contours of an employment contract, its elements, object, formation, vicissitudes, modalities, termination and practical effects and its related procedures.

- The English Language Curricular Unit aims to provide students with an opportunity to develop English language skills at levels B2-C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Thus, students will have the opportunity to develop oral and written skills in terms of interpretation, comprehension, expression and production in English, demonstrating increasing autonomy in the use of communication skills; to use the English language as a working tool, respecting the culture of each of the participants and the diverse situations of interculturality and interdisciplinarity; and to autonomously manipulate the English language in the scientific and technological dimensions in order to be able to communicate about these areas to third parties.
