A metodologia de aprendizagem será baseada em problemas/projetos (Project Based Learning) integrando os conceitos teóricos e práticos em contexto de aula com a utilização de um software de gestão de Recursos Humanos (RH).
A avaliação em regime curricular é composta pela realização de um exercício de avaliação direcionado para a componente teórica da unidade curricular e um projeto final em grupo englobando a componente teórica e prática incidindo na utilização prática do software de gestão de RH. Cada um dos elementos de avaliação tem a seguinte ponderação: prova escrita a meio da unidade curricular 30% e o trabalho prático (projeto) em grupo no final da unidade curricular 70%.
A avaliação em regime final é orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e prática da unidade curricular.
