Specify information systems to support the execution and management of business processes from the respective models. C1. Understand the various tools for modeling business processes and integrate them in the design and development of business processes of an organization; C2. Planning, designing and implementing systems to support implementation and management of business processes from the respective models.

  • A avaliação curricular será concretizada através 2 momentos de avaliação: trablho em Grupo (Projeto), com componentes teórica e prática, valendo 50% da nota final (1º momento de avaliação) e uma frequência valendo 500% (2º momento de Avaliação). Estes momentos retratarão o ponto de situação de cada grupo de trabalho com base na metodologia referida (PBL) 
    Caso a não obtenção de avaliação durante o período curricular, a avaliação final compreende a realização de um exame escrito (100%).

  • The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Identify basic concepts of ergonomics. O2. Describe the evolution of the discipline and its current outlook. O3. Distinguish ergonomic approaches Francophone and Anglo-Saxon. O4. Distinguish prescribed work of actual work, the task of designing and implementing activities. O5. Define the main lines of application of ergonomics. O6. To characterize the ergonomic intervention in processing the work itself, through an inductive analysis of bottom-up. O7. Undertake an ergonomic analysis of human error. O8. To characterize the ergonomic intervention methodology, identifying the role of representations in and for action. O9. Clearly distinguish the concepts of ergonomics and how to apply them and deepen them in their practical work.

Provide the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for the correct use of computer technologies in the context of personal and professional activities; O3. At the end of the course, students should be able to: C1. Select the most appropriate computer applications for each situation and use them efficiently and productively; C2. Master the fundamental concepts of cybersecurity by incorporating behaviors, standards, and techniques that are essential for data and information protection into their personal and professional activities.

  • A avaliação em regime curricular é composta pela realização de um exercício de avaliação direcionado para a componente teórica da unidade curricular e por três exercícios práticos desenvolvidos no período de aulas, sendo pelo menos dois deles realizados individualmente. Cada um dos elementos de avaliação tem a seguinte ponderação: exercício teórico 30%, exercícios práticos 70%.

    A avaliação em regime final é orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e a componente prática da unidade curricular.

  • The objectives of the discipline are: - Present the concepts and techniques associated with quality management; - Develop and implement a quality management system; - Apply the requirements of quality management systems; - Apply the requirements of the Quality Management System, based on the normative reference NP EN ISO 9001, demonstrating mastery of the requirements considered critical; - Introduce environmental management systems; - Apply the requirements of an Environmental Management System, based on the normative reference NP EN ISO 14001, demonstrating mastery of the requirements considered critical.
  • Os conteúdos programáticos permitirão aos estudantes apreender os conceitos mais relevantes e congecer os requisitos para a implementação dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade e do ambiente, bem como utilizar técnicas para a implementação dos sistemas GQA e melhoria continua dos processo produtivos nestes dois âmbitos.
