  • Avaliação curricular é composta por um estudo de caso e um teste escrito, com ponderação de 50% em cada um. A classificação final corresponde à média aritmética dos dois momentos de avaliação e para aprovação à Unidade Curricular, a mesma terá que ser igual ou superior a 9,5 valores.
    Os estudantes que não tenham aprovação na avaliação curricular tem possibilidade de realizar exame final (100%).

  • The course aims to understand the concept of psychology and the main theoretical approaches, identify and characterize research methods, explain theories of motivation and emotions, learn about measures of intelligence and personality models, analyze processes such as perception, memory, and thinking, and apply this knowledge to practical cases and real contexts, demonstrating mastery of the most commonly used methodologies in psychological research.

Independent: 3. Guided research proposed by the teacher to consolidate the topics under study and provide input for the practical work developed by the students.

  • The classes will address the concepts of the different themes and, later, show their practical application, with a series of exercises inside and outside the classroom, inducing the active and autonomous participation of students.   For this purpose, the use of the expository method is foreseen to introduce the concepts and structure the reasoning and the interrogative method for the learning evaluation, in the theoretical aspect of each chapter. With regard to the practical aspect, the use of the demonstrative method is foreseen for the practical illustration of the contents, as well as active, participatory and autonomous methods to make the connection with the experience of each one.   In summary: (1) Expository and Interrogative Methodology - participatory teaching, resorting whenever necessary to Motivation strategies and to (2) Active Pedagogical Methodologies such as Flipped Classroom, Gamification and Problem/Project Based Learning.

  • The Quantitative Methods course plays a fundamental role in the areas of Science, Technology, Economics and Management, as is the case of the CTeSP Commercial Management and Sales. Its main objective is to provide students with a solid foundation in essential mathematical concepts, preparing them for more advanced subjects. The course presents theoretical and practical tools that are essential for modeling and solving problems in different areas of knowledge. Students are expected to develop structured logical-mathematical reasoning, which will allow them to interpret, formulate and solve problems, creating a knowledge base that can be applied in subsequent subjects. The course encourages students' critical and analytical thinking with practical applications in order to contribute positively to their academic and professional future.

    Existem quatro possibilidades de avaliação: (i) Avaliação curricular (Época normal); (ii) Avaliação final (Época normal); (iii) Época de recurso, e; (iv) Época especial.

    A avaliação curricular é constituída por duas componentes: (i) realização de um teste escrito com a ponderação de 80%; (ii) realização de exercício com a ponderação de 20%.

    A avaliação final, a avaliação na Época de recurso e a avaliação na Época especial são concretizadas através da realização de um teste escrito com a ponderação de 100%.

    A escala de avaliação é de 0 a 20 valores.

    Terá aprovação o/a estudante que obtenha uma classificação mínima de 10 valores.

The Management Systems Audits curricular unit encompasses a set of interconnected dimensions, namely interpersonal perception and the communication process, techniques for increasing communication effectiveness, and written communication. It utilizes international models that provide guidance on management systems audits, including auditing principles, managing an audit program, and conducting management systems audits, as well as guidance on assessing the competency of individuals involved in the audit process.
