Avaliação curricular (contínua):
A avaliação curricular é composta pela realização de trabalhos de aula e um trabalho (projeto) de grupo, apresentado em duas fases (1ª e a Final - que é acompanhada do trabalho escrito), em que são aplicados os principais conteúdos programáticos.
A avaliação final é orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e a componente prática da unidade curricular.
Fórmula de cálculo:
- Trabalhos em aula - 20%
- TP (Trabalho de Pesquisa) - Apresentação 1º parte - 30%
- TP (Trabalho final) - Apresentação Final e trabalho escrito 50%
Todos os estudantes que neste regime de avaliação tenham obtido média inferior a 9,50 valores são avaliados em avaliação final.
Avaliação final:
Nas épocas normal, de recurso e especial a avaliação será orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e a componente prática da unidade curricular.- Semestral
- The course aims to identify the importance of product and price management in the marketing mix, present product and price management strategies and tactics, as well as concepts of elasticity, break-even point, and financial indicators, enabling students to perform product management tasks, use competitiveness analysis tools, define product positioning, and choose pricing strategies and tactics appropriate to different stages of the life cycle and distribution channels.

- 1.The methodology for monitoring the project work will be the responsibility of the supervisor, but, as a general rule, it will consist of meetings at intervals appropriate to the work/student in question. 2.In addition, the supervisor may require the student to submit a series of interim reports as a further means of monitoring compliance with all the stages and tasks planned. 3. At the end, the student must write a report on the work carried out. It is encouraged that the project work be carried out in an applied context, as recommended in the ISLA Santarém pedagogical model, which provides for “internships in a project work context” aimed at formalizing contact with real-world problems/challenges for which students propose to present a solution in the context of project work during the course of the curricular units and, especially, in the applied project curricular unit in the 3rd year.

This curricular unit aims to develop the skills and abilities to develop a work of nature applied to an organizational context to ensure students a component of the application of knowledge and understanding to apply them in the context of specific activities of the respective professional profile. At the end of the course students should be able to: C1. Plan the project using the techniques of project work, C2. Develop a project applying the techniques and methods appropriate to the respective context; C3. Apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course to achieve the objectives set in the planning of the project applied.

Os estudantes podem entregar o relatório final de projeto em qualquer das épocas previstas:

A avaliação é efetuada conforme previsto no regulamento geral de avaliação dos cursos de 1.º ciclo. Assim, o relatório final do projeto será apresentado perante um júri de que fará parte o/a Diretor/a de Curso, o/a docente orientador/a e um/a docente da área científica, nomeado para o efeito, que exercerá a função de arguente. Nos casos de impedimento do/a Diretor/a de Curso ou quando este/a seja o/a orientador/a do projeto, será nomeado outro/a docente do ciclo de estudos para integrar o júri.
O júri da defesa do trabalho final de ciclo de estudos delibera sobre a classificação final a atribuir, na escala numérica de 0 a 20 valores, sendo necessária uma nota mínima de 9.5 valores para aprovação à unidade curricular.- Semestral

- The course begins with an introduction to Commercial Law, presenting its general concepts and characterisation. It then explores the notions of business and commercial establishments, as well as the obligations of traders. A central focus is placed on commercial companies, including the different types of companies and the specific characteristics of each. The syllabus also addresses credit instruments, the legal framework of e-commerce, and the regulation of competition, with particular attention to unfair trade practices. Finally, the course examines the main aspects of commercial contracting.
