  • In person: The learning methodology will be based on problems/projects (Project Based Learning) integrating theoretical and practical concepts in a classroom context using an ERP (PHC) in a laboratory environment with configuration tasks and use of the different software modules. Autonomous: Students will have permanent access to content available on the institution's collaborative and learning platforms (Moodle, ISLA X Academy) and materials to support the proposed methodologies.

  • avaliação em regime curricular é composta pela realização de uma prova escrita direcionada para a componente teórica da unidade curricular e um projeto em grupo englobando a componente teórica e prática com incidência no software de gestão PHC. Cada um dos elementos de avaliação tem a seguinte ponderação: prova escrita 30% e o trabalho prático (projeto) em grupo no final da unidade curricular 70%.

    A avaliação em regime final é orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e prática da unidade curricular.

  • Avaliação curricular (contínua):
    A avaliação curricular é composta pela realização de um trabalho de grupo e um teste, em que são aplicados os principais conteúdos programáticos.
    Fórmula de cálculo:
    - Teste – 50%
    - Trabalho – 50%
    Todos os estudantes que neste regime de avaliação tenham obtido média inferior a 9,50 valores são avaliados em avaliação final.
    Avaliação final:
    Nas épocas normal, de recurso e especial a avaliação será orientada pelos mesmos objetivos e baseia-se num exame (100%) integrando a componente teórica e a componente prática da unidade curricular.

  • The course provides an understanding of the fundamental concepts of commercial law and its role in economic activity, characterizes the main legal regimes applicable to commercial companies, develops skills in analyzing and interpreting commercial legislation, and enables students to identify and apply the relevant legal aspects in establishing and conducting commercial relationships and companies.

Frame accounting as a source of information for business management and for the economic agents with whom they interact in their activity, taking into account the evolution of the conceptual structure.   • A avaliação curricular será concretizada através 2 testes escritos, com componentes teórica e prática, valendo 40% da nota final (1 momento de avaliação) e outro teste 60% (2º momento de Avaliação). 

    A avaliação final compreende a realização de um exame escrito (100%).
