  • In classes, the interrogative method is combined with the presentation of content at different times, fostering a continuous dialogue about the content and its implications. The consolidation of knowledge is also done through individual and small group application exercises, and in the analysis of small cases/situations in light of different theories and models, individually. When relevant, short illustrative videos are used for visualization and discussion. Personality assessment methodologies are approached from a practical perspective, with knowledge of psychological tests, interview training, and psychological observation.

  • Specifically, it is intended that students: LG1. Acquire a solid understanding of the different types of factors that contribute to the structuring and development of personality; LG2. Develop critical analysis skills regarding the main theoretical models of personality psychology, contextualizing them historically and being able to describe and contrast them; LG3. Acquire an updated integrative perspective that encompasses the full complexity of personality; Recognize and contextualize the role of personality in different areas of activity and in relation to other psychological and social variables; LG4. Become familiar with the various methodologies for personality assessment and critically discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each one.

    Para aprovação à UC na avaliação contínua é necessária a realização de todos os momentos de avaliação, alcançando uma nota final de 10 valores, assim como a presença nas aulas práticas e teóricas.

    Na modalidade de exame são avaliáveis todos os conteúdos abordados na UC.

    As indicações especificas relativas aos trabalhos constam num regulamento a disponibilizar aos estudantes através da plataforma moodle.

    Observação: A participação dos estudantes será avaliada através do preenchimento e entrega de exercícios práticos realizados ao longo das aulas, os quais visam aferir o envolvimento, a assiduidade e a aplicação dos conteúdos lecionados. Em regime de avaliação contínua, de forma a manter a correspondência com os objetivos de aprendizagem em avaliação contínua e a igualdade de tratamento entre alunos, será requerida uma avaliação complementar aos alunos com regime ou estatuto que preveja a não obrigatoriedade de assistência às aulas e que tenham mais de 30% de faltas às aulas teórico-práticas e laboratoriais. Esta avaliação complementar consistirá na entrega de exercícios práticos sobre os conteúdos das aulas em que o aluno esteve ausente, com prazo de entrega definido pelas docentes.

  • The central objective of this course unit is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the personality construct, enabling them to recognize its importance in describing, explaining, and understanding psychological functioning and in predicting behavior. It also aims to provide knowledge about personality assessment techniques.

    A apresentação dos elementos de avaliação curricular é feita preferencialmente de modo presencial, podendo ser de modo não presencial, caso esteja em vigor o sistema de ensino à distância.

     

    O Exame consiste na entrega/ melhoria do trabalho do semestre. Poderá ser feita uma prova teórico-prática no dia do exame.

    A avaliação em Época de Recurso (ER), é possível nos termos do Regulamento de Avaliação de Conhecimentos do ISMAT.

    A avaliação em Época Especial (EE), é possível nos termos do Regulamento de Avaliação de Conhecimentos do ISMAT.

  • DUII studies the design of urban space through the morphological elements of the city, considering historical strata, urban plans, and the dynamics of public spaces. It focuses on urbanism as a design practice that articulates architecture, public space, infrastructure, and urban landscape, promoting a critical reading of the contemporary city. It deepens methodologies for analyzing and representing the city, developing critical thinking about urban space and drawing skills on an urban scale, essential to the professional practice of the architect. It consolidates the articulation between architectural and urban design and reinforces the understanding of the city as a field of action for architecture. Teaching takes place in a studio environment, promoting drawing, discussion, and shared reflection on urban design.
