  • It will be used the lecture method to convey knowledge bases but mainly to interrogative and active methods to a critical analysis of shared content and an effective understanding of the principles of performance evaluation of safety management systems.

  • An organization cannot abstract continually from having an overview of its activities in the field of safety and performance results recorded by its management system. The organizational reality requires a structured matrix of indicators that go beyond description, analysis and interpretation of a continued loose together and perished attributes which does not favor the idea of ¿¿joint and does not fully reflect the overall performance on safety. So will prepare students with knowledge, skills and competencies that enable them to understand what the potential of management systems performance evaluation, which structured matrices of safety performance indicators are available in the literature and how they can implement a safety scorecard in an organization, taking advantage also of the potential performance benchmarking exercises to continuously improve the management system.

  • The objectives of the course are - To provide students with knowledge of the various structures and types of transactions through electronic means, as well as their benefits for organizations, consumers and society and their limitations and impact on companies. - To prepare for the strategic use of the Internet as a tool for developing new business and behavioral models.  - To consolidate basic notions about the Internet and the services available on this network and about the names of Digital Marketing and Electronic Commerce.  - To present the various types of e-commerce and their importance for companies.

Electronic Institutions and Virtual Companies: Standards, authentication, automated contracts, monitoring, reputation Selection of business partners Specification of electronic contracts 6. Marketing and advertising on the web: strategies and technologies.
  • Os alunos serão avaliados à Unidade Curricular por via dos seguintes elementos de avaliação: projeto e momento de avaliação teórica. Os conteúdos teóricos serão lecionados por via de metodologias ativas e, no caso do trabalho, em regime PBL e casos práticos realizados em aula (20%).

    Para aprovação à UC é necessário que o aluno realize obrigatóriamente a frequência e o trabalho de avaliação.

    A realização do trabalho de avaliação será em conjunto com outras UCs e será dado aos alunos um apoio na realização do mesmo em sala de aula. Neste trabalho será avaliação a aplicação dos conteídos teóricos, estrutura e redação do trabalho (Normas APA - formatação de texto - e Referências Bibliografias).

  • During the semester, throughout the classes taught, positive days with content appropriate to the course were provided, actively involving all students. In most classes, group work was carried out with the aim of maintaining focus - 4-hour classes become difficult to manage in terms of students' concentration and applying the knowledge acquired in class to practical contexts. Practical examples related to the curriculum were also shared throughout the period. This methodology aims to increase students' interest and proactivity. A corporate environment was promoted with the aim of bringing the teaching-learning process closer to organizational and professional reality, preparing students for real work contexts.

  • The course is based on an introduction to Organizational Management, and secondly, on the study of Sports Organizations. It addresses management functions and their respective importance, internal and external environments, organizational structures, the control process, communication, motivation, leadership, and organizational culture. The concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship in sports are also studied. This course is of significant importance to the program, given the content taught and its application in a practical context.
