  • The course is part of the Human Resource Management area, addressing the main concepts, functions and practices associated with people management in organisations. Its scope focuses on the analysis of human resource activities, including recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, career management, reward systems and organisational communication, as well as the use of technologies and computer applications to support people management. The aim of this course unit is to provide an integrated understanding of the strategic role of human resources in the functioning and development of organisations, contributing to the acquisition of knowledge and skills relevant to intervention in organisational contexts within the scope of the study cycle.
