- In the teaching-learning process, methodologies will be used that include: lectures, with presentation by the teacher of the theoretical frameworks of reference; participatory classes, where students are encouraged to participate in the discussion of various topics and are privileged with practical examples applied to the job market, in addition to solving exercises; active classes with individual and group work. The innovative methodologies to support the teaching-learning process used are the Flipped Classroom and Project-based Learning.

- In this curricular unit, initial elements of Research Methodologies, in general, and in Communication, in particular, are addressed. Elements that serve as a basis for the preparation of academic works following scientific accuracy. 1. Acquire knowledge about the logic of scientific research. 2. Describe the theoretical bases that allow the understanding of the specific and academic object of study of Digital Communication. 3. Identify the steps to be developed for the elaboration of an academic or research work. 4. Develop general and initial notions about writing scientific articles/documents. 5. Recognize and apply data collection tools.

Study of rules, game systems and collective organisation, including 7-a-side football and key tactical systems in volleyball. 5. Observation and match analysis, addressing the coach’s role, goalkeeper-specific training and individual behaviours in volleyball. 7. Development of sectorial and intersectorial work, execution of standardised routines and preparation of set-piece situations. 8. Introduction to beach volleyball, its technical specificities and basic tactical organisation.
