  • The objectives of the curricular Unit are: - To present the fundamental concepts and practices of marketing using digital platforms. - To develop a marketing plan associated with a tourism company, understanding all the variables and tools available that must be known and used to optimize the presence in the digital space to contribute to the business development and customer service.

Introduction to Marketing on digital platforms - What distinguishes traditional marketing from marketing in the digital space - From product design to after-sales service - The 8 P's approach 2 E-commerce and E-Business 3. Search marketing and the tools provided by the Google search engine 4. Developing a strategy for the Web 4.1 The distribution chain associated with the hotel industry 4.2 Promotion, price, distribution and the product provided by digital platforms 4.3 Affiliate programs and cyber-intermediation in the hotel industry 5. Tools available to Web marketing 5.1. To be present (Websites, blogs, affiliates, social networks) 5.2. To manage and improve presence (SEM, SEO). 5.3. To manage reputation 5.4. To improve service (Georeferencing, Portals, Intranets and extranets) 5.5.
