  • Students will have a tutorial system provided by the supervisors assigned to them, with the aim of supporting the task of preparation, presentation and defend of a dissertation, internship report or final course project report in a public examination

  • The definition of the final project has as main objectives: - The deepening of a theme related to the course by the students, allowing them to improve the reflection and synthesis capabilities and application of knowledge and contact with research practices; - To strengthen the internalization of concepts, methods and techniques in training perspective that the students learn also doing (applied knowledge).
  • Elaboration of dissertation, internship report or project report. Presentation and public defense of dissertation, internship report or project report.

  • Introduction to cloud computing: concepts, characteristics, and evolution. Service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and implementation models (public, private, hybrid, and multicloud). Infrastructure and virtualization: servers, networks, storage, containers, and orchestration. Distributed architectures: scalability, load balancing, high availability, and fault tolerance. Essential cloud platform services (compute, storage, networking, serverless) and introduction to AWS, Azure, and GCP. Cloud security: shared responsibility, identity, encryption, and compliance.   • The objectives of this course are to introduce students to: - the differences between the different aspects of accounting (financial vs. management); - the complete set of financial statements, their construction and analysis; - the rules associated with the main taxes on companies and businesses; - the trends in reporting ESG (sustainability) dimensions. Students must be able to analyse the most relevant points related to the objectives set out above.
  • Financial Accounting and Management Accounting as information systems in companies -The standards related to the production of financial statements; -The complete set of financial statements; -The role of auditing/review of financial statements; -The framework and good practices associated with management accounting. Financial Statements and their analysis -The production of financial statements: journal, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity and notes; -Performance analysis - Dupont analysis; -Analysis using the relevant ratios method; -Analytical review of the main items of the financial statements; -Assertions underlying the financial statements. The CSRD Directive related to non-financial reporting -The importance of issues related to ESG areas and their reporting; -Applicable regulations.
