  • Teaching Method: Once the multimedia area has a multi-disciplinary nature and this curricular unit essencialy for laboratory practice, is it appropriate method of teaching and learning based on projects. Therefore, themethodologyused is Problem-based learning (PBL).   EvaluationMethod: Assessment of practical work of four produced for the various topics discussed, with a minimum score of 10 points.

  • It is intended to provide general knowledge of technical design and interpretation of projects, where students should be able to visualize in two and three dimensional space. Mastering the system of orthogonal projections or views, particularly in European and American methods and systems axonometric. Skills: Interpret and implement drawings and writings of construction projects. Demonstrate that they have specific knowledge of the software tool and basic 2D CAD 3D system, as well as know-how.
  • History of Architecture. Representation techniques Freehand drawing, standardization, captions, shapes of leaves, file, line, thicknesses, features, letters, symbols. Systems of orthogonal projections or views European method American method Axonometric system   Key Concepts Phases of the project and assignments. Constituent parts of an architectural project Analysis and interpretation of drawings that make up the projects Documents and drawings Projects of a building Architecture, stability, water supply, sewerage and drainage, gas network and ventilation, electrical installations, electro-mechanical and telecommunications, thermal and acoustic Current concepts in architecture Legislation DL 163/2006, 555/1999 and DL 26/2010 DL, and RJUE RGEU   Computer Aided Design Current concepts and commands System 2D and 3D design File and print designs

    (**) Para avaliação da época normal (Curricular), é necessário a existência de uma avaliação quantitativa em todos os elementos de avaliação para a obtenção de uma avaliação final. Sendo que para os trabalhos a realizar terá uma nota mínima de 10 valores/cada, os alunos com nota inferior aos valores apresentados para os trabalhos a realizar, terão de se submeter a avaliação final por exame.

  • Students should acquire theoretical and practical skills that enable them to fulfill the objectives defined in the previous point, namely: Understand the link between accounting and economic development; Master the concepts of assets, inventory, accounts, and balance sheets; Understand accounting standards and their historical evolution; Be familiar with the SNC (National Accounting Standards) and complementary legislation; Know the objectives, characteristics, and requirements of management accounting; Calculate production costs; Know costing systems and cost-volume-profit analysis; Know the financial analysis process—analysis techniques and indicators; Know the objectives of a tax system; Know the main classifications of taxes and their objectives.
