- By the end of the course, students will be able to apply evidence-based organizational diagnostic methods, formulate relevant problem situations, develop intervention proposals aligned with organizational psychology theories and models, and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions. They will also be able to integrate knowledge from PG modules, communicate with stakeholders, and act as strategic consultants in real or simulated contexts.

A avaliação é realizada através da proposta de implementação de um Projeto de Intervenção Aplicado (PIA), desenvolvido pelas estudantes em contexto real (local de trabalho ou empresa própria) ou simulado (empresa fictícia). O projeto deve seguir a metodologia 3A (Awaken, Align, Accelerate), evidenciar diagnóstico empírico, fundamentação teórica e plano de intervenção com indicadores de impacto. Os critérios incluem relevância da situação-problema, rigor metodológico, coerência teórico-prática e qualidade da apresentação final.

- The expository method is used to transmit knowledge bases, but mainly the interrogative and active method for a critical analysis of the shared content and the effective application of ergonomic principles in improving working conditions and preventing occupational risks. To acquire these skills, the following teaching and learning methodologies will be used: 1. Expository, for presenting the theoretical frameworks of reference; 2. Interrogative, for question-and-answer interactions and for confirming and clarifying doubts; 3. Active, with analysis and resolution of practical exercises with tutorial guidance in class; 4. Self-study and flipped classroom, related to the student's autonomous work, whether for lesson preparation, written exams, or individual work.

- Identify and characterize the fundamental concepts of Ergonomics; Learn to design workstations and work environments suitable to the capabilities and limitations of individuals, taking into account the anthropometric dimensions of the user population and their physical-motor activity; Evaluate postures and body movements during work, through the application of specific risk assessment methodologies; Identify risk factors associated with the appearance of musculoskeletal injuries; Apply methodologies for the ergonomic analysis of workstations, with a view to identifying potential ergonomic problems and their respective control measures.
