- The teaching methodologies are based on interrogative and active methods aimed at the discussion and resolution of theoretical and practical exercises in the classroom context, completed with the presentation of theoretical content. The teacher provides case studies and practical application exercises that require the resolution of problems commonly faced by qualified professionals in the field of study, as well as other materials through the content management platform (Moodle).

- Os objetivos da unidade curricular são: O1. Enquadrar a gestão da segurança e saúde do trabalho na gestão das organizações; O2. Descrever os principais modelos e sistemas de gestão da prevenção; O3. Acompanhar e avaliar a implementação do plano preventivo e proceder a ações corretivas; O4. Definir os elementos de garantia de qualidade dos serviços de prevenção. No final da unidade curricular os estudantes deverão ser capazes de: C1. Fazer a gestão dos serviços de serviços de segurança, higiene e saúde no trabalho em contexto organizacional; C2. Elaborar um manual do sistema de gestão de segurança e saúde no trabalho.

- The following points are adapted to the nature of the dissertation course: 1. Project-Based Learning (PBL): Students work on complex projects that address real-world issues. This promotes problem-solving skills, collaboration and critical thinking. 2. Problem-Based Learning (PBL): Students learn by solving authentic problems. They identify problems, conduct research and collaborate to find solutions, which promotes a deeper understanding of the content. 3. Cooperative Learning: Students work together in small groups to achieve common goals. Collaboration is emphasized, and each member of the group is responsible for their own and their classmates' learning. 4. Microlearning: Content is broken down into small units to facilitate fast, focused learning.
