- Os conteúdos programáticos foram estruturados de forma progressiva, iniciando-se com os fundamentos conceptuais da liderança e evoluindo para a aplicação prática das competências de gestão de pessoas e equipas. Os primeiros tópicos permitem aos estudantes compreender as principais teorias e estilos de liderança, fornecendo uma base conceptual sólida. Posteriormente, são abordadas competências essenciais para a prática da liderança contemporânea, como inteligência emocional, comunicação eficaz, motivação de equipas e gestão de conflitos. Os conteúdos relativos à cultura organizacional e à liderança humanizada reforçam a compreensão do impacto da liderança no bem-estar, na inovação e na produtividade organizacional. Por fim, a unidade curricular culmina com a aplicação prática das competências adquiridas através da elaboração de planos de ação e estratégias de desenvolvimento de liderança, garantindo a ligação entre conhecimento teórico e aplicação prática.

- The Cloud Computing curricular unit falls within the field of IT infrastructures and distributed systems and plays an important role in the technical education of students in the Cybersecurity programme. Its main focus is the understanding and use of cloud computing environments, addressing the principles, models and architectures that support modern cloud infrastructures. The unit covers core concepts such as virtualization, computing resources, networking, storage and service organization in cloud environments.
