- Students should be able to understand the roles of managers in an organization (LO1); Identify and analyze the variables of the surrounding environment and the influence they have on organizations (LO2); analyze the interaction between the different functional areas of the organization (LO3); be able to perform a strategic analysis of the organization (LO4); define and know how to use the different tools for analyzing and controlling organizational processes (LO5); collect, process, and interpret information essential for the management of an organization (LO6).

Organizational Planning - Analysis of the external environment - Analysis of the internal environment. - Defining mission, objectives, and strategies. - Decision-making: Decision-making models and group decision-making III. Intangible instruments of intervention in management - Motivation and satisfaction of needs. - Leadership styles and types. - Communication and its effects. - Organizational culture.

- This course provides students with an overview of organizations and their management in the context of today's societies. Follow the evolution of the main management theories. Analyze the main concepts and theories within the framework of management process functions. Address the different functional areas of organizations and their interrelationships. Learn about the main trends in modern management and the different organizational forms of today. Contextualize the organization in relation to its environment based on different organizational paradigms. Define organizational mission, strategy, and objectives. Characterize the various forms of organizational structure. Frame management subsystems in the European and global context.
