- Companies increasingly adopt standardized management (supported on standards such as the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) in order to address the requirements and expectations from various stakeholders. Concurrently, it is crucial that students be trained so they may address these novel labour market demands namely in the scope of Occupational Hygiene domain. Additionally, it will be an add-value to provide the students wih organizational skills complementing the robust technical skills acquired during the bachelor academic degree. This academic unit aims at providing the students with the basic and pertinent knowledge concerning Occupational Health and Safety and Environment.

- This curricular unit intends to start with the study of the argument and the narrative. In this sense, the syllabus begins with the basic principles so that students understand and master the fundamental concepts (objective 1, 2 and 3). Soon after, the development and creation of scenes, characters and plots are promoted (objective 4). After obtaining the previous knowledge, it is intended to create and develop practical exercises for the development of writing projects and preparation for filming the scenes.

- This course aims to prepare students for the utilization of psychosociological approach in to the organizations of work and working contexts, providing them with some theoretical frameworks and tools to: 1. Understand the characteristics, at individual and group level, that influencing the different processes and organizational results, and the quality of working life; 2. Realize the importance of the psychosocial work environment and the need to foster motivation and job satisfaction; 3. Conceive the existence of factors and psychosocial risks that influence organizational dynamics of work and working conditions.
