  • Taking into account that the classes will have an active, explorative and group learning component; it will be essential to develop a continuous qualitative evaluation. The evaluation will be weighted according to the diversity of experiences provided to the students. In the end, it will be essential to obtain feedback on the added value of the experience, with the agents of this initiative, the students and the entities participating in the workshop challenges. exercises that make up the project to be presented at the end of the semester (50%), ability to present and defend the project during its phases in the semester (20%) and integrated activity with the business community (20%) attendance (10%).

  • This course is essential for the undergraduate course in Business Management because it enables students to understand the value of Project Management (PM) as a strategic skill for organizations, linking project results with their objectives. The course provides the theoretical and practical foundation necessary for students to manage projects effectively. Thus, they will learn about the main phases, areas of knowledge, processes and software used for project management, through an applied project, so that they can assume themselves as agents of change by fostering reflective practice through innovative projects in this sector, and will provide interdisciplinary skills that integrate business and services.

  • Project Management integrated into the Business Management Bachelor's degree program at ISMAT, constitutes a fundamental epistemological and technical pillar for understanding contemporary organizational dynamics. From a perspective of academic rigor and pragmatic applicability, the UC is structured around the following vectors of analysis: Ontology and Methodology of Project Management and Analytical Skills and Strategic Leadership.
