  • The teaching methodology includes the expository method to present the necessary content. Practical cases with exercise resolution. Knowledge assessment is carried out by continuous assessment or written final exam, with the ISMAT Knowledge Assessment Regulations being applied. The student is approved if they obtain a classification equal to or greater than 9.5 and attendance equal to or greater than 75%, except for the exceptions provided for in the Regulations. ISMAT assessment.

Describing variables. Creating tables. Calculating mean, median, and mode. Measures of variability/dispersion.   S3. Jamovi. Database preparation. Error detection. Data transformation. Measures. Graphs.

  • Combination of theoretical classes, based on the most modern and relevant national and international bibliographical production, and aimed for the first contact with the basic legal institutes of Administrative Law, stimulating legal reasoning of abstract content, with pratical classes, aimed at the need of consolidation and systematization, with jurisprudential support when justified, of all contents of the syllabus. Continuous assessment takes place with two written tests, during theoretical class time, with a weighting of 50% each for overall final assessment.

  • Provide schoolars with knowledge about several current essencial dimensions of Administrative Law, in particular the definitons of Administrative Law, Public Administrations, Public Services and administrative organization, according to the Constitution and the Law.

III - Constitutional model of national public administration. IV - Sources of Administrative Law. V - Institucional and organic structure of public administrations.

  • 1. Provide students with tools to work in the field of motor development. 2. Knowing how to elaborate and apply an observation protocol. 3. Know and apply some scales of motor development in an adjusted way. 4. Identify the different factors that influence the process of growth, learning and maturation. 5. Select the appropriate strategies for the psychomotor development profile of the children (body scheme; balance; laterality; rhythm; ...). 6. Know and apply knowledge with regard to learning theories and models. Identify and name the learning factors, transfer and contradictory trend of the gesture system trend. 7. Reflect on the importance of games in the integral formation of the child and youth. 8. Develop a critical attitude and adjusted intervention on the triad: young person/parents/coach in sports.

G - Motor learning. Motor skills learning theories and models. Behaviorist perspective versus cognitive perspective. Learning factors. Transfer and contradictory tendency of the gesture system.

Pertinence: understanding of internal and external factors that influence motor development, leading to an understanding and optimization of movement. Distinctive mark: providing a scientific background that allows to consider factors inherent to motor development as an epigenetic process.
