- The teaching methodology is based on theoretical and practical lessons on the theoretical subjects, as well as solving real, practical cases to improve students' understanding of the subjects without a professional activity and also working students with some real knowledge of taxes and their lives. Assessment takes the form of a two-hour written test, weighted at 60 per cent, and three written mini-reports in groups, only the best two of which will be taken into account for assessment purposes, as well as classroom participation, through the resolution of practical cases presented to the students for preparation at home, weighted at 40 per cent.

- The student must, by himself, be able to make the legal framework of the tax facts and identify them in each of the codes, in addition to knowing the general and special guarantees of the taxpayers and the most relevant tax obligations that may fall on him. You or whoever seeks you to be clarified on such matters. The general objective of this UC is for the student to know and master the legal regime of tax and at the same time to know and deepen the typology of taxes of the entire Portuguese tax system.

- Problem-based learning (PBL): Students are presented with problems or situations related to volleyball that require investigation, analysis, and resolution, thereby promoting critical thinking and the practical application of the concepts learned. Personalized learning: Recognizing and respecting students' individual differences, adapting teaching and learning resources according to their needs, interests, and learning styles. Gamification: Introducing game elements into the volleyball teaching-learning process, such as points, prizes, and competitions between students. The goal is to increase student motivation.

- - Know the rules of volleyball; - Know all the technical and tactical requirements of volleyball; - Create sets of technical/tactical exercises with the necessary intensity, which respect the critical motor components of technical movements and are in line with the tactical requirements of the training team; - Develop and apply the concept of warm-up, both general and specific, to a volleyball team; - Identify/interpret different competition systems and adapt training routines and planning to different competitive realities; - Identify/analyze the different tactical systems of opposing teams; - Develop tactical diagrams appropriate to your tactical system and in accordance with the tactical strategy to be applied; - Create, in training situations and with the appropriate intensity, tactical realities in accordance with the demands of competition; - Design and train a game plan.
