- Classes will begin with an intervention by a small group of students on the subject covered in the preceding class, which allows for better fixing of the content taught. The exhibition will follow. class material, always with questions to be asked by the teacher, generating debate that allows connect subjects from the previous and current class. Examples and practical cases will be used, placing psychological problems in the legal context.

- Privileged areas of law that require psychological support. Juspsychological and psychoinclusive intervention: concepts and legitimation; Specific areas. Method. The psychoforensic evaluation: notion, object and application. The usefulness of forensic psychological assessment in justice. The Psychology of Testimony and Unlegal Motivations of Decision: notion; object; practical applications. From basic processes to testimonial grammar. The psychological contribution in criminal and non-criminal legal areas. The psychological autopsy: notion, legal framework and method. Application to practical cases. Research in Forensic Psychology: privileged fields.

- This uc aims to bring students closer to the intercontributory sciences of justice, especially in relation to concerns human behaviors, allowing them to acquire knowledge to perceive personalities who appear before the judicial circuits. At the same time, it contributes to understand when it becomes necessary to obtain a psychological view of the subjects, especially through procedures of a psychological nature.

- The initial sessions will be theoretical in order to guarantee the knowledge process and to support the development of the exercises and practical cases. There will be a baseline exercise that will evolve throughout the semester. This exercise will have 3 delivery moments. As for the evaluation, two evaluation tests will be carried out. The weighting coefficients in the calculation of the final mark will be as follows: · Average of 3 moments of delivery of the exercise - 45% · Tests - 45% · Assiduity and Participation - 10% Continuous assessment will take the form of an assignment (40%) and a written test (60%). Students who do not pass or have not taken the continuous assessment will be subject to the final assessment through a written exam (100%).
