  • The main objective of this course unit is to develop in students a thorough understanding of the psychological mechanisms that influence human behavior in an organizational context, both at the individual and collective levels. The aim is for students to acquire the skills to analyze, interpret, and intervene in the psychological processes that affect the functioning and well-being of individuals and groups at work.
  • The importance of individual and group processes in Occupational Health Psychology.   Individual processes: - Motivation and job satisfaction; - Psychological contract; - Organizational implications; - Individual-organization and individual-work adjustment.   Group processes: - Teamwork and work teams; - Diversity in teams; - Leadership and Power; - Negotiation; - Decision-making and information sharing in groups.
