My professional activity has always been linked to the veterinary medicine of marine mammals and their conservation, as well as the management of animals in zoological parks. As a natural evolution of my career, I have also been involved in institutional representation in national and international associations, performing various roles. The opportunity to recently start an academic career and the fascination of passing on the knowledge accumulated over many years proved captivating. To complete the change and develop knowledge and its scientific dissemination, I have decided to start a PhD in 2023. This CV broadly reflects the activities carried out since 2000. Her research interests focus on several aspects of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in a One Health approach, namely the epidemiology of MDR pathogenic bacteria of clinical relevance in veterinary and human medicine, molecular epidemiology studies using metagenomic analysis and the pursuit of novel prophylactic and therapeutic alternatives to the use of antimicrobials.
